    Blaine Peterson, President and CEO, Oklahoma Society of CPAs

    Blaine M. Peterson, CPA, J.D., is the president and CEO of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. Peterson is a member of the OSCPA, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Oklahoma Bar Association. Peterson received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Oklahoma as well as his juris doctorate, also from the University of Oklahoma. He is a certified public accountant and licensed attorney. Blaine has been an OSCPA member for more than 25 years and previously served as a director at large for the OSCPA Board of Directors and board liaison to the OSCPA’s Taxation, Personal Financial Planning and Business Valuation/Forensic & Litigation Support Committees.

    Mark Neumeister, Tax Partner, Arledge & Associates, P.C.

    Mark Neumeister, CPA, CGMA, is a partner at Arledge, P.C. in Edmond. An OSCPA member for more than 25 years, Neumeister has served on the OSCPA’s Continuing Professional Education, Business Valuation/Forensic & Litigation Support, Small Firm Practitioners and Taxation committees. A frequent speaker on tax topics, Neumeister has presented on a variety of tax matters to such groups as the OSCPA, Oklahoma Tax Institute, Tax Executives Institute, Committee of Oklahoma Tax Accountants, and other groups. Shortly after Oklahoma enacted the Oklahoma Pass-through Entity Tax Equity Act of 2019, Neumeister was quickly recognized as a thought leader and frequent speaker on the implementation, including immediate election options, and interpretation of the new statute. His seminars on the new law were attended by more than 800 CPAs, lawyers and tax practitioners.
