Co-Branding Guidelines

Strong partnerships help advance the accounting profession and strengthen our community. To ensure the Oklahoma Society of CPAs (OSCPA) brand is represented consistently and professionally, please follow these guidelines when using the OSCPA name, logo or referencing our partnership in print, digital, social media, and other promotional materials.

If you have questions about logo usage, partnership language, or need approval for a specific application, please contact our Communications team at communications@oscpa.com.

Sponsor Language

We appreciate the support of our sponsors and partners and encourage you to reference your relationship with the OSCPA accurately. When communicating with current or prospective clients, please use language that acknowledges your sponsorship without implying endorsement by the OSCPA.

Approved examples include:

  • Proud sponsor of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs
  • Proud sponsor of the OSCPA
  • Proud sponsor of the OSCPA's [event name]
  • As a sponsor of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs...

Please avoid language that implies:

  • The OSCPA endorses or explicitly recommends your company, products, or services.
  • Your company is the exclusive or official provider of a product or service unless specifically authorized in your sponsorship agreement.
  • An affiliation beyond the scope of your sponsorship.

To maintain a consistent and professional brand, please use only official OSCPA logo files provided by our Communications team.

  • Dark Blue: #283f6b

Logo Guidelines

  • Use only approved, high-resolution logo files.
  • Maintain the logo's original proportions and colors.
  • Leave adequate clear space around the logo.
  • Do not stretch, crop, rotate, or alter the logo in any way.
  • If using the logo digitally, use a PNG file. For print, use an EPS or high-resolution file.

Design Guidelines for Co-Branded Materials

Co-Branded Materials

When creating co-branded marketing materials, your organization's branding may take priority; however, the OSCPA logo should be clearly visible and presented as an equal partner in the sponsorship or partnership. Both logos should have appropriate spacing and visual balance.

If a neutral design is preferred, use white as the primary background color. Additionally, the OSCPA icon (yellow swish) should not be used on its own in any co-branded materials. Any colors used outside of the OSCPA brand palette should meet accessibility standards for readability and contrast.

Before Publishing

Please ensure:

  • You are using the official OSCPA logo files, provided by our Communications team.
  • You have permission to use all logos included on the piece.
  • All co-branded materials featuring the OSCPA logo receive approval from our Communications team prior to production or publication.

Example of approved use:

All placements or attendance related to sponsorships are subject to availability and OSCPA approval. The OSCPA reserves the right to edit, decline, or cancel any sponsorship element or void sponsor agreements at its discretion due to unethical, unprofessional, disruptive, discriminatory, lewd, or otherwise inappropriate behavior. Specific placement is not guaranteed unless otherwise stated on this contract. Sponsor assumes liability for all content, claims, and illustrations. OSCPA retains editing rights and rights of refusal. All promotions, branding, and event participation associated with sponsorship must directly represent the contracted organization and not an unapproved subsidiary, affiliate, or third party. All logo usage or brand mentions must be pre-approved by the OSCPA Communiactions team.
