Peer Review Firms
Scheduling and Enrollment Information
The Peer Review Integrated Management Application (PRIMA) is the primary tool used by firms, reviewers, and administering entities to complete the peer review process. Below, you’ll find helpful information on getting started in PRIMA, as well as details on scheduling and enrollment.
Scheduling
- Notice of High-Risk Industry Area Fee
Peer review firms that perform Yellow Book/A-133 engagements and/or ERISA engagements are subject to a Peer Review High-Risk Industry Fee every three years to account for the additional regulatory oversight associated with these engagements. The fee is $150 per high-risk industry area, with a maximum of $300, and is payable during the scheduling process. This is a fixed fee and not assessed on a per-engagement basis. - Oklahoma Peer Reviewer Directory

Enrollment
The cost of a firm's peer review varies based on factors such as firm size, scope of practice, and reviewer selection. In addition to the peer review costs incurred every three years, enrolled firms are assessed an annual administrative fee payable to the Oklahoma Society of CPAs to cover the program’s operational expenses. Firms that enroll after the start of the program's fiscal year (November 1) will be billed on a quarterly prorated basis.
