Executive Director of Finance and Operations
This is a leader-of-leaders role, not simply an operational manager. The Executive Director of Finance and Operations oversees finance, facilities, HR, administrative systems, and risk management while helping the church move quickly, wisely, and collaboratively. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide executive oversight of church operations, including finance, facilities, HR, and administrative systems
- Steward multi-million-dollar budgets with integrity and transparency
- Partner with senior leadership in strategic planning and long-range initiatives
- Lead, develop, and support department leaders and staff
- Ensure strong systems for compliance, audits, and financial reporting
