Charles Blanton, CPA is the Director of Governmental and Nonprofit Product Development for Surgent McCoy CPE, LLC. Before joining Surgent McCoy, Charlie served as the technical manager for the AICPA’s governmental and nonprofit CPE courses from 1999 to 2011.
