Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including statements, projections, and budgets
- Manage General Ledger activities and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Assist in and provide support to other various on-going and one-time projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA certification, with proven experience in financial reporting and analysis in accounting
- Proficient in accounting software, Sage 100 preferred, and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills, effective communication & presentation skills
- Ability to work as a team member, collaboration and support functions
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and maintain flexibility
Salary & Benefits
- 30 to 32 hours per week in Tulsa office, starting salary $75,000, flexible hours
