This course explores the principles of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) with a particular focus on the role of Equity in Practice in fostering a culture of fairness, justice, and inclusivity. Participants will learn the importance of creating environments where equal opportunities, access, and resources are provided to individuals from diverse backgrounds, identities, and circumstances.
